Booking Terms

The terms you agree to when you book a court with us.

Last updated: 10 September 2026

1. Who these terms are with

These terms apply between you and Court and Cup Sports Center Inc., trading as Court and Cup, when you book a court through this site. By submitting a booking you accept them.

2. A booking is a request until we confirm it

This is the most important thing on this page. When you submit the form and upload your payment, your booking is pending — the court is held for you, but the booking is not yet confirmed.

A member of staff checks that your payment arrived and then confirms it. You will receive an email once that happens, normally within 24 hours. Keep the reference number you are given: it is how we find your booking, and you can check its status at any time on the “Check a booking” page.

If we cannot confirm a booking — for example the payment cannot be found, or the slot has become unavailable — we will contact you and return anything you have paid.

3. Prices and payment

  • Courts are charged per hour, per court. The price shown when you book is the price for that slot, including any promotional or peak rate then in effect.
  • Add-ons such as equipment hire are charged in addition to the court rate. Discounts, where given, apply to court rental only.
  • We accept GCash and bank transfer online, and cash at the desk. We do not handle card payments and never ask for card details.
  • You pay in your own banking or GCash app and give us the reference number and a screenshot so we can match it.
  • Please pay the exact amount shown. A short payment will delay confirmation.

4. Reserve and pay later

Where staff take a reservation for you without payment up front, the court is held and the full amount is due on the day you play, before you go on court. A reservation that is not paid may be released.

5. Changing your booking

Contact us and we will move your booking to another time or court where one is available. Changes are subject to availability and to the same notice we ask for cancellations. If a change moves you to a court with a different rate, we will tell you before anything is charged or refunded.

We may occasionally have to move you to a different court of the same type — for maintenance, for example. We will tell you if that happens and you may cancel for a full refund if the alternative does not suit you.

6. Cancellations and refunds

How much notice we ask for depends on how much court time you have booked, because that is what decides whether we can offer the time to somebody else. Add up all the hours in your booking:

Court time bookedNotice we ask for
Up to 2 hours24 hours
3 to 8 hours48 hours
More than 8 hours72 hours
Ending a standing weekly reservation7 days

Cancelling one session of a weekly reservation follows the table above; the 7 days applies to ending the arrangement itself.

  • Cancelling with at least that much notice: you can move the booking to another available slot, or have the payment refunded — whichever you prefer.
  • Cancelling later than that: the booking is charged in full and no refund is given.
  • Refunds are returned within 24 hours, by GCash, bank transfer, or cash at the facility.

Rain, power failure, or anything else that stops play: we refund the hours you were not able to use, or move your booking to another slot where one is available. Where play is cut short, we can shorten the booking and refund the difference for the time you did not use.

7. Not turning up

If you do not arrive for a confirmed booking and have not told us,the booking is charged in full and no refund is given. Where a booking was reserved without payment, repeated no-shows may mean we ask for payment up front in future. Please tell us even at short notice — it lets us offer the court to someone else.

8. While you are here

Please arrive a few minutes before your slot: your time starts when you booked it, not when you walk on, and another group is usually booked immediately after you.

  • Non-marking rubber-soled court shoes must be worn at all times on all courts. Slippers, sandals and open-toed footwear are not allowed on court.
  • Please wear athletic clothing suitable for physical activity.
  • Paddles, rackets and shuttlecocks can be hired at the front desk, subject to availability and the rental fee. Please look after hired equipment — damage may be charged.
  • No outside food or drink. Anything you eat or drink inside should be bought from C&C Reserve.
  • No smoking, vaping or alcohol anywhere in the facility.
  • Please treat other players and our staff courteously. Shouting, profanity and unsportsmanlike behaviour are not acceptable.
  • Please follow instructions from our staff. Decisions on court allocation, conduct and facility operations rest with management.
  • Misuse of or damage to equipment or the facility may mean being asked to leave without a refund, and you may be charged for the damage.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. A parent or guardian may book on behalf of a child and is responsible for that booking. Players under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the facility.

Bringing people who are not playing

  • Spectators and companions are welcome at no charge. There is no entry fee for anyone who is not playing.
  • Please keep off the court surface and out of play — the café and seating areas are for watching from. Court shoes are required on court, so a spectator should not step onto one.
  • Anyone taking part in play counts as a player, not a spectator.
  • Where a group is larger than one court comfortably takes, our staff may ask you to book a second court.

9. Your booked court is yours

We also run walk-in Open Play on courts that are free at the time. A booked or reserved court always takes priority — Open Play players can be asked to leave a court at any time when it is booked, even mid-game. Your booking is not affected by Open Play.

Open Play has its own entry fee and conditions, which are separate from these terms and are agreed at the front desk.

10. Promotions and promo codes

Promotional rates apply only to the courts, days and times stated, and only for the period advertised. A promo code applies to the booking you use it on and cannot be applied afterwards. We may withdraw a promotion at any time, but this will not affect a booking already confirmed at the promotional price.

11. Our responsibility

Pickleball, badminton and table tennis are physical sports and carry inherent risks of injury. You are responsible for deciding that you are fit to play, and you take part at your own risk. Please do not play if you have been advised against strenuous activity. We keep a first aid kit on site and our staff are trained in basic first aid; in a serious emergency we will call emergency services immediately. We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought into the facility — we do not provide storage or security for personal items, so please keep valuables with you. Separate waivers may be required for some activities and are signed at the front desk.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Philippine consumer law that cannot be limited.

12. Your personal information

What we do with the details you give us — including your payment screenshot — is set out in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your booking is the one published when you made it, so a later change will not alter a booking you have already confirmed.

14. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
